Overview
Are you a detail oriented individual who has an interest in a career within Fraud? As an Enquiries and productions officer you will be part of the Intelligence & Evidence arm of the Counter Fraud team supporting the agency to combat Fraud and Error.
Main Duties
• Process requests for information to internal and external data controllers using relevant legislation gateways, including monitoring returns and issuing reminders.
• Manage responses to requests for information, including telephone enquiries in relation to requests.
• Review and record incoming physical and electronic correspondence/devices.
• Maintenance of productions and storage, including registering productions, cataloguing and filing evidence, recording movement of productions and maintaining productions in relation to retention and disposal protocols.
• Other ad hoc duties relevant to the role.
