Online benefit applications temporarily unavailable during system upgrade

As part of essential maintenance of our systems, some online benefit applications will be unavailable from Friday 27 January until Sunday 29 January.
This means we will be offering a reduced service for some of our clients.
The following benefit applications will be unavailable online from 6pm on Friday 27 January until midnight on Sunday 29 January.
• Job Start Payment
• Scottish Child Payment
• Best Start Grant
• Best Start Food
• Young Carer Grant
• Funeral Support Payment
Clients who would like to apply for these payments while online systems are unavailable will be directed to a holding page with an option to print out a PDF form which can be filled in and then posted to us for processing.
Our telephony and webchat services will remain available from 8am to 6pm on Friday 27 January for general enquires around eligibility to our benefits and signposting to support services.
We will return to a full service from 8am on Monday 30 January and clients will be able make online applications as normal.
