Phonelines and webchat unavailable on 15 March

Our phonelines and webchat will be unavailable on Wednesday 15 March due to industrial action.

There will be no impact on people’s payments. You can still apply for our benefits online at mygov.scot/benefits and we will continue to process applications.

Services will open again as normal from 8 am on Thursday 16 March.
