Phonelines and webchat unavailable on 28 April

Our phonelines and webchat will be unavailable on Friday 28 April due to industrial action. Due to a bank holiday, phonelines will also be shut on the Monday 1 May.

There will be no impact on people’s payments. You can still apply for our benefits online at mygov.scot/benefits and we will continue to process applications.

Services will open again as normal from 8 am on Tuesday 2 May.
