All information received from the DWP as part of the case transfer process should be assumed to be accurate on the date on which the determination of Adult Disability Payment entitlement is made (ADP Transitional and Miscellaneous Amendment Regs, reg 4(7)(a)).

Where information used to make a relevant Adult Disability Payment determination was assumed to be correct and is later determined to be incorrect, the case manager should make a determination without application (ADP regs, Reg 50).
