Reliability criteria for Adult Disability Payment

When choosing a descriptor you must apply the reliability criteria (ADP regs, Reg 7(2)).

Where an individual’s ability to carry out an activity is being determined, you should apply the descriptor which you’re satisfied applies for the individual to be able to undertake the activity reliably.
