Third-party requests

The police and other third parties can ask for data that we hold about our clients. We only disclose personal information in line with UK Data Protection laws.

Within the form, we will ask you to identify a lawful basis under Article 6 of the UK GDPR and, if applicable, any conditions for processing special category data under Article 9.

By submitting the form, you confirm that the personal information asked for is needed for the reasons explained and has been approved by the authorising officer.
