System improvements this weekend

Our online benefit applications and document upload service will be temporarily unavailable from 8am on Saturday 14 March until 8am on Monday 16 March.

We are continually improving our systems to make applying for benefits as straightforward as possible. As we prepare to launch Carer Additional Person Payment and make other improvements, our online benefit applications and document upload service will be unavailable from 8am on Saturday 14 March until no later than 8am on Monday 16 March.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Telephone lines and webchat will be unaffected and are available on 0800 182 2222 between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

People can upload documents from 8am on Monday 16 March.
