Deborah is currently delivering a Digital Transformation programme for an Accountancy body and has a number of years’ experience of delivering transformation and change across a range of disciplines and sectors. Prior to that, she spent 10 years in Operational Director roles in Royal Mail after spending the early part of her career in Marketing and External Relations for a Global telecoms company. Deborah is also a Trustee for The Donaldson Trust, the National Body for Neurodiversity.
