They help us deliver the benefits administered for clients who have a low income and qualify for additional support such as helping towards the costs of being pregnant or looking after a child, carer benefits, heating benefits, funeral benefits, and support for 16- to 24-year-olds who have been on to help with the costs of starting a job.
They oversee operational improvements and ensuring the smooth delivery of future benefits, as well as oversight of our performance and the quality of our decisions as well as managing any complaints received from our clients.
