Uploading documents online is the fastest way to send us supporting information . You can also post copies of supporting documents to us. Supporting documents can go in the same envelope as the application form, if you’re filling in the form for the applicant.
Do not upload application forms online, application forms must be returned in the pre-paid envelope, otherwise this may delay the application.

We’ll send the applicant a copy of their completed form in the post, if they were not able to sign the form. This lets them read, sign and return their form. They’ll still get payments from the date they told us they were applying.
