Adult Disability Payment – Case Transfers
This hour long event is for stakeholders who support individuals or families who are living with a disability, long-term health condition or terminal illness. Adult Disability Payment will replace Personal Independence Payment in Scotland, which is currently delivered by the Department for Work and Pensions. Individuals with ongoing awards of Personal Independence Payment do not need to apply for Adult Disability Payment. We will begin the transfer of approximately 300,000 awards of Personal Independence Payment to Adult Disability Payment in Summer 2022.
