Adult Disability Payment - Decision Making & Supporting Info - Public Sector

For stakeholders within the Public Sector, NHS and Local Authorities, who support clients within one of the Adult Disability Payment Pilot areas. Learning and Development colleagues who can share information with their networks are welcome to attend.

  • How Social Security Scotland will make a decision on a client’s application.
  • The process for Public Sector when supporting information is requested by Social Security Scotland to support disability benefit applications or review of an existing award.
  • An overview of the Consultation process and Decision Report.
