Adult Disability Payment - Decision Making & Supporting Info - Public Sector
Who is this event for?
This event is for stakeholders within the Public Sector, NHS and Local Authorities throughout Scotland, who may be required to support clients with their Adult Disability Payment applications by providing Social Security Scotland with supporting information. We would also encourage Learning and Development colleagues from these Public Sector organisations, who can cascade this information throughout their organisation and networks to attend.
This event includes the following topics:
- How Social Security Scotland will make a decision on a client’s application.
- The process for Public Sector when supporting information is requested by Social Security Scotland to support disability benefit applications or review of an existing award.
- An overview of the Consultation process and Decision Report.
