Adult Disability Payment - Decision Making & Supporting Info - Third Sector

Who is this event for?

This event is for stakeholders working within the Third Sector, who support clients with Adult Disability Payment and who could be asked to provide supporting information as part of a client’s application. We also encourage Learning and Development colleagues from these Third Sector organisations, who can cascade this information throughout their organisation and networks to attend.

This event includes:

  • How Social Security Scotland will make a decision on a client’s application.
  • The process for Third Sector organisations when supporting information is requested by Social Security Scotland to support disability benefit applications or review of an existing award.
  • An overview of the Consultation process and Decision Report.
