Social Security Scotland - Child Disability Payment to Adult Disability Payment Client Journey - Stakeholder Event - 16 November

Since Autumn 2022, some young people in receipt of Child Disability Payment have started the application process to move to Adult Disability Payment.

New regulations to support this client journey commence on the 20 November and Social Security Scotland will be hosting a series of events to make sure you and the people you support have all the relevant information about the application process and new regulations. These events may be of interest to people who advise and support clients who are in receipt of Child Disability Payment and are considering applying for Adults Disability Payment For example, partners from Local Authorities, Health Boards and Third Sector organisations. It would also be beneficial for those who work in policy, learning and development and communications teams.
