Online applications temporarily unavailable

Online applications for our benefits will be unavailable from 5:30pm on Friday 21 February until 8am on Monday 24 February. People applying for low-income benefits can download an application form that can be posted to us.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The system downtime is to allow us to make improvements to our service.
Our document upload service will also be unavailable during this time for all benefits. People uploading documents to support their application can choose to send information to us by post:

Telephone lines and webchat will be unaffected and are available on 0800 182 2222 between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We will return to full service at 8am on Monday 24 February when people will be able to make online applications and upload information.
