Online applications temporarily unavailable

Online applications for our benefits will be unavailable from 6pm on Friday 6 June until 8am on Monday 9 June. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. This downtime will allow us to improve our systems to make applying for benefits easier.

People applying for low-income benefits can download an application form that can be posted to us:

Our document upload service will also be unavailable during this time, but information can also be posted to the address above.

Telephone lines and webchat [link] will be unaffected and are available on 0800 182 2222 between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

People can submit online applications and upload documents from 8am on Monday 9 June.
