Child Disability Payment is the first application-based disability benefit to be introduced by the Scottish Government and is administered by Social Security Scotland.

Initial management information indicates that, from Monday 22 November to Tuesday 23 November, over 600 part 1 applications for Child Disability Payment had been registered and nearly 300 part 2 applications were received.
