The main focus of the Business Plan is our key activities for the year ahead. These are set out as ‘priorities’, with each ‘priority’ detailing what will be delivered to ensure that we continue to make progress against our commitments. The Business Plan also includes some information on how we will report on each ‘priority’ and how we will measure the quality of the service we provide to our clients.
