Social Security Scotland's Client Survey offers our clients the chance to tell us about their views and experiences of the service. The latest publication includes responses given in May/June 2021 and August/September 2020, from clients who had interacted with Social Security Scotland since September 2018. The results are being used to measure how Social Security Scotland is performing and where it can improve.
