Social Security Scotland's Client Survey offers our clients the chance to tell us about their views and experiences of the service they received.
The latest publication includes responses from clients who interacted with Social Security Scotland between April 2023 and March 2024.
The results are being used to measure how Social Security Scotland is performing and where it can improve.
The Client Survey Report 2023-2024 was revised on 19 March 2025 to add “can’t remember / don’t know” to table 3.2, amend the “Totals” in table 3.3 and to update the paragraph on Consultations found on page 61. The figures for “Other” and “Total” for Carer’s Allowance Supplement in table 4.2 were also updated. All other figures remain unchanged.
