Social Security Scotland's Client Survey offers our clients the chance to tell us about their views and experiences of the service they received. The latest summary publication includes responses from clients who had received a decision on an application for Child Disability Payment between April and August 2022, or completed a Case Transfer to Child Disability Payment during the same period. The results are being used to measure how Social Security Scotland is performing and where it can improve.
