Request for information 1: Please could you confirm the name of the supplier, and the name of the solution used for HR and/or Payroll at Social Security Scotland?

Request for information 2: Could you confirm when the current contracts for HR and Payroll are ending?

Request for information 3: Does Social Security Scotland intend to procure for replacement solutions in 2025 or 2026?

Response

Social Security Scotland uses the Scottish Government’s Finance and HR system.

Requests for information 1 and 2:

The Scottish Government has recently implemented a suite of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to manage its HR, finance, and procurement functions.

The remainder of the information you have requested is available from Public Contracts Scotland under contract IDs;

  • 703306 (Award of Provision of Back Office Software Services)
  • 756898 (BACS Payments Processing - Phase 2)
  • 780977 (DFM-Paygate on-premise).

Social Security Scotland do not intend to procure for a replacement solution in 2025 or 2026.
