Request for Information 2: I would also like to know what score was needed to be offered a post?
Request for Information 3: How many posts were there to begin with?

Response
Request for Information 1: An exemption under section 38(1)(a) of FOISA (personal information) applies to all of the information requested because it is personal data of which you are the data subject, and so it is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. This exemption is not subject to the ‘public interest test’, so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
Accordingly, this request has been have handled as a Subject Access Request and a response was sent to you on 6 August 2025.
Request for Information 2: The interview pass mark for the Dundee Team Manager recruitment campaign was 15 (out of possible 28). Candidates needed to score a ‘4’ or more for each of the presentation and questions but were allowed to have a single ‘3’ and still pass. Offers were made in order of merit, descending from highest scoring candidates. On this occasion the candidates who were offered a role scored 24 or higher.
Request for Information 3: There were seven posts for the Dundee campaign.
Request for Information 4: When a Team Manager vacancy is approved through our exceptions process, the Hiring Manager can offer the position to the candidate(s) from the existing reserve list. The reserve list may be held for a period of up to 12 months. When a candidate is taken from a reserve list, they are offered in order of merit. Personal circumstances, such as pregnancy, would not affect the merit order.
Request for Information 5: Reserve candidates are typically considered for the specific roles they originally applied for, in this case, a B1 Team Manager position. However, Hiring Managers may also consider candidates from alternative B1 reserve lists, provided there is a close match in the job description and success profile requirements. This is at the discretion of the Hiring Manager and depends on the needs of the business.
