You asked for information relating to Social Security Scotland's Social Media management.

The answers to your questions are as follows:
1. Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier?
Sprout Social is our current supplier for social media management. We do not utilise a social media monitoring tool.
2. Start date and duration of framework/contract with the supplier.
The contract commenced with our social media manager on 1 April 2022 for a one year duration and ends on 31 March 2023.
3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date.
The spend on this contract from 1 April 2022 to 1 November 2022 is £10,233.82 excluding VAT.
4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
Outside of procurement, Alastair Macphail, Interim Deputy Director Strategy, Change, Data and Engagement, is responsible for this contract via the Strategic Communications team within Social Security Scotland.
