Yes, Social Security Scotland does use a social media management platform called Brandwatch.

The annual spend for Brandwatch in 2025/2026 is £13,065.55 ex VAT.

Yes, Social Security Scotland does use a social listening / media monitoring platform. The tool used is Onclusive.
