Please provide details of the dress code for Agnes Husband House, Dundee.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested. This is because Social Security Scotland does not have a dress code.

It may be helpful to know that staff dress was the subject of research with experience panels in 2019. The findings are available here: Social Security Scotland staff - Social Security Experience Panels: Social Security Scotland staff - gov.scot (www.gov.scot). The main finding in relation to staff dress, was that clients receiving our services wished staff to be dressed in a way which is ‘appropriate’ and ‘presentable’ with a balance between formal and casual.

All staff are subject to the Civil Service Code which sets out standards of behaviour expected of all civil servants.
