Your request

Your current published figures show 3984 permanent staff work for you up to June 2023. Your website says you are a recruit with conviction employer. What is the percentage only, of the permanent staff you have employed, with an unspent conviction on their Disclosure Scotland certificate in the following financial years: A) 2021/2022 B) 2022/2023 C) 2023 up to August 2023.


Response to your request

A: In the financial year 2021/2022 0.8% percent of permanent hires made during that period had an unspent conviction on their Disclosure Scotland certificate.

B: In the financial year 2022/2023 0.9% percent of permanent hires made during that period had an unspent conviction on their Disclosure Scotland certificate.

C: In the financial year 2023/2024 up to August 2023 0% of permanent hires made during that period had an unspent conviction on their Disclosure Scotland certificate.
