While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
Social Security Scotland do not have any contracts with Royal Mail for stationery.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
Social Security Scotland places orders for stationery, used within our buildings, directly from the Scottish Government Office Supplies Framework. Details of this framework can be found at

Lyreco UK Ltd has been appointed as the sole supplier for this framework.
Request for Information 2:
We have interpreted your request for offerings with regards to stationery provided by the Royal Mail.
Social Security Scotland has a Postal Services Contract with Royal Mail which provides for the creation and delivery of mail to clients under the following services:
Service 1: a hybrid mail service that allows Social Security Scotland staff to develop letters on their desktop which are sent digitally to an off-site mail production centre. Royal Mail's fulfilment partners prepare the letters for printing and posting. The letters are collected by Royal Mail and delivered via their final mile delivery service.
Service 2: scheduled/regular bulk mail (print and post). This service includes the production and delivery of scheduled/regular bulk letters. This is achieved via the secure transfer of address and data files to an off-site mail production centre. Royal Mail's fulfilment partners produce the letters, which are collected by Royal Mail and delivered via their final mile delivery service.
Royal Mail’s fulfilment partners are responsible for buying, storing and managing products required to deliver the above services including all printer ink and paper/stationery products. The costs of these products are not provided separately under the contract.
