Information requested

I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for all of your entity's transactions over £25,000 for the following periods:

Request for Information 1: January 2016 to October 2021

Request for Information 2: December 2022

Request for Information 3: January and March 2023

Request for Information 4: June and August 2024

Request for Information 5: October 2024 - There is a file published on your website, but it features solely November 2024 dates. Please can you confirm if this is the correct file.

Please provide the data in a machine-readable format (preferably CSV). As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value, and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Social Security Scotland does not have some of the information you have requested.

Information is not held for the period January 2016 to November 2019. Reporting prior to 2021 was not published with the current reporting process implemented in March 2021.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested.

Some of the information you have requested is available from Social Security Scotland’s website. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

The requested files for March 2023, June 2024, August 2024 and October 2024 are now accessible on our website. We have included a link to these publications below. As these publications were not available to you at the time of your request, we can provide a paper copy if you are unable to obtain this information from our website.
