As a Public Body we are required to assess the impact of our activity. This report contains information on the Equality Impact Assessment conducted on Social Security Scotland’s Volume Recruitment Project. This project was carried out in 2021-2022 to recruit a diverse range of people reflective of Scotland’s working population through a recruitment partnership, in numbers that enable delivery of existing and planned devolved benefits at the right time for our clients. The Equality Impact Assessment has considered the potential effects of the project and how it impacts on groups with protected characteristics.
