Today, our latest workforce statistics were published, covering quarterly data to the end of December 2019.

These publications let us know information like the number of people we employ. This is the first time information has been broken down by location and working pattern (full-time and part-time) as we seek to proactively publish information that has previously been requested.

At the end of last year, the total number of directly employed colleagues we have rose to 560 – an increase of 26% compared to the previous quarter. Our total headcount was 617 including people working with us as contractors or through employment agencies

Around 60% of our directly-employed colleagues were female and the most common age group was 30-39. Over 10% of our people declared they have a disability - an increase from 9.5% from the previous quarter.
