The framework is a list of measures co-designed with people with lived experience of the social security system. The measures relate to the commitments set out in Our Charter.
Every year we collect relevant and available information and data for the measures, put it into the framework and then publish the results. Last year’s framework contained data for 2022-23.
You can find out more about the purpose of the framework and how it was made in the Social Security Scotland Charter Measurement Framework and the Charter Measurement Framework Co-Design report and summary.
Our Charter and the Charter Measurement Framework are reviewed every five years. The first review took place in 2023. The 2024-25 Charter Measurement Framework will report on this new revised list of measures.
