More than 38,000 payments have been paid to families to help with the costs of early learning and starting school. Young Carer Grant Roadshow for stakeholders

Young Carer Grant is due to launch this autumn. The grant is a new yearly payment of £300 for carers aged 16 to 18 who live in Scotland. Young carers can spend the cash payment as they choose and can apply if they are at school, in further education, employed or unemployed.
