Pension Age Disability Payment will provide you with financial support if you have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. We have a fast-tracked application route for people with a terminal illness and, if you are eligible, you will get the highest rate of Pension Age Disability Payment available to you. Your eligibility is not affected by how long you ago you were diagnosed as terminally ill or by your life expectancy. This is available to people of State Pension age.
