Social Security Client Panels Research: Web chat Summary

This is a summary of the Social Security Client Panels research: Web chat report. The summary presents the key findings from a Client Panels research project carried out between November 2021 and January 2022. We asked panel members about their experience of using Social Security Scotland’s web chat service. The research also explored ideas for future improvements.

Social Security Client Panels Research: Working Location of Staff Report

This report presents findings from a joint research project with Client Panels and Experience Panels carried out in winter 2021. We asked panel members if it was important to know whether the Social Security Scotland staff they speak to are working in an office or at home. Questions also covered views on topics like making contact for different reasons and sharing personal information with staff working in different locations.
