This document sets out how we will fulfil our obligations under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004. It explains how Social Security Scotland will proactively publish information which is in the public interest, details the responsibility of key individuals within the Agency, and the processes in place to fulfil our obligations.

This publication provides information on applications for Scottish Child Payment from 9 November to 31 December 2020. It therefore includes figures for approximately seven weeks of applications.
