Our head office is Agnes Husband House in Dundee located on the waterfront, opposite the train station.
We have a second office in Glasgow.
Local delivery
We also have teams of specialist advisers based in communities all across Scotland in every local council area. Our specialist advisers can meet people at convenient places in their local community.

Drop-in service
If you would like to speak to us in person, we have a drop-in service available at our Head Office, Agnes Husband House, in Dundee from 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
There is no need to make an appointment and our colleagues will be able to give advice on Scottish benefits.
