Online benefit applications and document upload service temporarily unavailable

We are making improvements to our IT systems, which means some of our services will be unavailable at certain times this week. 

Our online benefit applications and document upload service will be unavailable from 5pm on Friday 29 May 2026 until 8am Monday 1 June 2026.

This system downtime will allow us to make essential improvements to our service to offer a better service to people across Scotland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will return to full service at 8am on Monday 1 June and thank people for their patience during this temporary downtime.
