Social Security Scotland Recruitment Report
This report is the first in a programme of research investigating recruitment at Social Security Scotland.
Social Security Scotland is committed to investigating onboarding to the agency and the reasons why people are unsuccessful when applying for posts at the agency. Future research will focus on unsuccessful applicants. The results of the report are a key source for measuring how well Social Security Scotland is meeting its aims on recruitment and onboarding practices, in line with its stated principles.
