Panels Research: Buildings Summary
This report presents findings from a joint research project with Client Panels and Experience Panels carried out in summer 2021.
We asked panel members their views about Social Security Scotland’s main buildings in Dundee and Glasgow. Topics included travelling to and entering the buildings, as well as staff uniform and behaviours.
