Social Security Scotland - Charter Measurement Framework - Update for 2024-2029
Our Charter is reviewed every five years. In 2023 it was reviewed for the first time. As part of the process to review the Charter, researchers and officials also revised the Charter Measurement Framework.
These reports contain the updated list of measures, and explain the review process for the Framework.
This new list of measures will be used in the annual ‘Measuring Our Charter’ publications from 2024-25 to 2029-30.
