Client Survey: Experiences of the Case Transfer process (April 2025 - September 2025)
This report covers the experiences of clients who have had their case transferred to Adult Disability Payment, Pension Age Disability Payment, Scottish Adult Disability Living Allowance or Carer Support Payment.
The results are from responses to the Social Security Scotland Client Satisfaction Survey that were received from 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025.
