Request for Information 1 - How many claims for Child Disability were transferred from DWP, to SSS, on a monthly basis from January 2022 until September 2022?
Request for Information 2 - How many of these claims were new claims?
Request for Information 3 - In how many of these claims, was it just the application form that was received?
Request for Information 4 - How many of these claims were received with missing documents?
Request for Information 5 - Were applicants notified that their claims arrived with missing documents?
Request for Information 6 - How many requests were made by SSS to DWP to obtain missing documentation in January 2022, February 2022, March 2022, April 2022, May 2022, June 2022, July 2022, August 2022 until date of request?
Request for Information 7 - How many children have waited for a decision more than 10 weeks, 20 weeks, 25 weeks, 30 weeks, 35 weeks, 40 weeks, 45 weeks, 50+ weeks?
