This Charter Measurement Framework is a list of measures co-designed with people with lived experience of the social security system. The measures relate to the commitments set out in Our Charter.
Every year we collect data and evidence for the measures, put it into the framework, and then publish the results. Last year’s framework contained data for 2023-24.
Our Charter and the Charter Measurement Framework are reviewed every five years. The first review took place in 2023. The 2024-25 Charter Measurement Framework reports on this new revised list of measures. For transparency, the original Charter Measurement Framework is still available to view but is no longer used for reporting purposes.
You can find out more about the purpose of the framework and how it was originally co-designed in the Charter Measurement Framework Co-Design report and summary.
