Ally MacPhail, Deputy Director of Organisational Strategy and Performance

Ally MacPhail is the Deputy Director of Organisational Strategy and Performance.

The Organisational Strategy and Performance division is responsible for client experience, governance, strategy, management information, continuous improvement, communications and managing the relationship with our stakeholders. It also supports the Executive Advisory Body and Audit and Assurance Committee. The division will support our clients to claim what they are entitled to and work to improve our service based on feedback and reviewing our redeterminations and appeals process.
