DLAC individuals must notify DWP when they move to Scotland from England and Wales, or the Department for Communities (DfC) if the individual is moving from Northern Ireland to Scotland.

Individuals eligible for the higher rate mobility component can choose to make use of the Accessible Vehicles and Equipment (AVE) Scheme

CDP has two components: care and mobility. Each component is payable at different rates.
