Social Security Client Panels Research: Working Location of Staff Report

This report presents findings from a joint research project with Client Panels and Experience Panels carried out in winter 2021. We asked panel members if it was important to know whether the Social Security Scotland staff they speak to are working in an office or at home. Questions also covered views on topics like making contact for different reasons and sharing personal information with staff working in different locations.
