Client Survey: Disability Payments (September 2022 - December 2022)

Social Security Scotland's Client Survey offers our clients the chance to tell us about their views and experiences of the service they received. The latest summary publication includes responses from clients who had received a decision on an application for Adult or Child Disability Payment between September and December 2022, or completed a Case Transfer to Adult or Child Disability Payment during the same period. The results, including insight into clients' experiences of providing Supporting Information and consultations, are being used to measure how Social Security Scotland is performing and where it can improve.
